How do I track my order?

How can I make a change to my order?

Send us an email at support@bestfriendsbysheri.com with your order number and the requested changes and a member of our team will get back to you within 1 business day.

I received a defective product, what do I do?

If you received a defective product, please email us with your order # and photos of the defects to support@bestfriendsbysheri.com. We will arrange for a replacement bed immediately after confirming the defects.

How do I properly wash a bed I have purchased?

Follow the instructions provided on the care label of the products. For our beds that have fur or sherpa fabric, it is very important that the bed is dried fully in the drying machine after washing. Do not leave the bed to air dry, as this will lead to tangling and napping of the fur.
