All other contiguous US orders qualify for $8 flat rate shipping.

Orders for HawaiiAlaska and Puerto Rico will be calculated by weight and zip code at checkout. 


Most orders are shipped 2 to 3 days after processing using either USPS Standard Shipping or FedEx Home Delivery. Orders typically take 3-5 business days to receive.

At this time we are unable to offer expedited options. Please contact us directly if you need an order by a certain date.


Returns can be made on all unused items with original tags up to 30 days from the date your package was delivered. We cannot accept returns on used or damaged items.

Your satisfaction is important to us!  We are unable to offer replacements to international addresses (we encourage you to seek out assistance from the place of purchase). We offer a one-time replacement for items with an MSRP of $9.99 or greater. Please attempt to return the item to the place of purchase before proceeding with a claim form. Please note that we are only able to honor guarantees for products within 45 days of the purchase date. Best Friends by Sheri reserves the right to verify information, require valid proof of purchase, and deny guarantee requests at our discretion. For replacement, we require a receipt and a photo to be provided. Submit your request at support@bestfriendsbysheri.com

Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Please keep in mind that some credit cards can take up to 5 business days to reflect refund charges. An email will be sent to you once the return has been processed.


We currently do not support exchanges. You will need to request a return and place a new order.
