To ensure the health and safety of you and our staff, order processing and shipping is taking longer than usual. We're doing our very best to get your furry pals their beds and toys. 

You will receive a tracking number once your order is ready to ship.

Best Friends by Sheri customers get FREE SHIPPING to contiguous US orders above $29! From our front door to yours - at no cost to you.

All other contiguous US orders qualify for $8 flat rate shipping.

Orders for Hawaii and Alaska will be calculated by weight and zip code at checkout. 


Most orders are shipped 1 to 2 days after processing using either USPS Standard Shipping or FedEx Home Delivery. Orders typically take 3-5 business days to receive. [Please see notice above about potential COVID-19 related shipping delays.]

At this time we are unable to offer expedited options. Please contact us directly if you need an order by a certain date.


Returns can be made on all unused items with original tags up to 30 days from the date your package was delivered. We cannot accept returns on used or damaged items.

We offer pre-paid return label service for a fee that will be deducted from your refund.

Return label fee:
$7.00 – items $40 and under
$10.00 – items over $40

Returns will be processed within 3-5 days of receipt. Please keep in mind that some credit cards can take up to 5 business days to reflect refund charges. An email will be sent to you once the return has been processed.

If you would like to make a return using our pre-paid label service, please send us an email with your order number and the item to be returned to support@bestfriendsbysheri.com


In order to serve you most efficiently, simply follow the instructions for returning an item (instructions above), then place a new order for the item you’d like to exchange it for. Your return will be processed as long as it falls within our standard return policy.
